We see it as the ideal blend of art and science. Screen printing involves numerous steps (and a dedicated team!) to achieve the final product.
Using advanced equipment, we take a customer's dream design and print it onto their chosen garment, often in significant quantities.
The process includes mockup artists, ink mixers, press operators, quality control specialists, and more, all working together to bring the design to life.
Other notable add-ons include specialty inks like glow-in-the-dark and reflective inks, adding unique visual effects to your designs. Over-the-zipper printing, tonal printing, and simulated process printing are also available to create more complex and detailed prints. Real Thread also provides fulfillment services, handling storage, packaging, and shipping to streamline your distribution process.
